Today we fully utilize technology to give a great presentations for each of our lines, featuring the important pieces of information needed to make a buying decision — all in one place.
We have developed a protocol in our marketing department to create dynamic Keynote (Apple version of PowerPoint) presentations that our outside sales reps can present on the fly on iPads. These slideshows include active links to relevant social media and web marketing and smooth transitions for seamless presentations. These are modified in real time to add the newest productions and collateral.
In face-to-face environments, we use Evernote synced between all devices to take and collaborate on notes in real time to detail all pertinent information, and take steps to actionable follow-up quickly.
In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have accepted the challenge to become proficient in Zoom and other video-conferencing software to continue to make sales calls when appropriate, and remain in consistent contact to continue discussions with both suppliers and customers.
