Analytics & Assortment Review
We offer our customers tools to analyze their product selections and performance. Measuring for several sales factors helps resellers identify opportunities to reduce redundancy and brand clutter. This improves the shopping experience, stock turns, and return on investment. Oftentimes, our customers share their POS data (on a confidential basis) for entire product categories and ask us to provide them with a starting point for a revised assortment. These types of projects are examples of the partnership we strive toward with our customers.
Established in 1983, our customer service department offers unparalleled support in PO placement and tracking, forecasts and supply chain management. We utilize our salesforce.com database for critically timed communications to targeted contacts at our customers, whether it be for promotions, new products or price increases.
Events are the future of brick-and-mortar retailing. It is critical to create engaging programming that brings customers through the doors and offers not only good deals, but an invaluable experience. We believe in generously sampling, and create gift baskets that incorporate all of our suppliers’ products into a beautiful presentation that are often times used as grand raffle prizes. For larger events, we arrange for artist demonstrations and in many instances the sales team works the events themselves.
We provide leadership in training sales staff on brands, from company background & history to product features and benefits. We base these training programs on our deep rooted selling philosophies. They can be tailored for retail sales staff, as well as distributor reps. Our team is as comfortable training large groups as one-on-one or a few people.
We offer all the tools necessary for our customers to launch products. This includes providing all information within their unique Excel data entry templates. In addition, we extend our customers assistance building their web stores by supplying department & category hierarchy recommendations, as well as writing product copy bullet points. When we supply hi-resolution images and digital assets, we follow file naming protocols to make it easy for identification and upload.
